Shipping costs are stated on all orders. Shipping costs to return items will be at the customer’s expense.

Refunds
Goods may be returned for a full refund (less shipping) within 14 days of purchase, goods must be unused and in original packaging. Please note, some special-order items may include a restocking fee, please contact us for details. Custom orders are not eligible for return.

Terms & Conditions
If customer has received our free shipping promotion, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. All returned items are shipped at the customer’s own risk and remain the customer’s property until received by Divers World.
