BAS Custom Designed and Assembled Fill Panels

The BAS-5000-S/S-R panel filling station is designed for simple SCBA or SCUBA filling. This system offers the operator convient filling and can be confured to fill either 2216, 3000 or 4500 PSIG SCBA and SCUBA units as a dedicated system. the BAS-5000-S/S-R can be configured for either panel or wall mounting.

* This unit also includes a built in gas flow restrictor limiting fills to 300-600 psig / minute and One SCBA or SCUBA whip assembly (additional whips available).

The BAS-5000-DRC Panel as Pictured is constructed on polished stainless steel and can be configured for either a panel or wall mounting.

Deluxe Regulated Cascading Fill Panel
BAS-5000-DRC

The 1-Diver Control Panel is enclosed in a high impact plastic case with an O-ring seal for watertight integrity.

The case dimensions are:20 1/2”L x 16 3/4”W x 8 1/2”D.

This lightweight, portable panel controls diver air from two HP air supplies of up to 5000psi and one LP air supply of 250 psi.
A Deluxe Hand-Loaded Self-Venting regulator allows the tender to track the diver's air supply to compensate for increasing bottom pressure. Complete with pneumo gauges to monitor diver's depth.

Single Diver Portable Air Panel

The 2-Diver Control Panel is enclosed in a high-impact plastic case with an O-ring seal for watertight integrity.

The case dimensions are:20 1/2”L x 16 3/4”W x 8 1/2”D.

This lightweight, portable panel controls diver air from two HP air supplies of up to 5000 psi
and one LP air supply of 250 psi.

Note: Also available with a double regulator or two regulators with two cross connections between regulators.
