BAS-PFS is constructed with polished 1/8" aluminum checker plate The fragmentation tube is SCH 80 Seamless pipe.

Mounting brackets are available for permanent installation.

This JORDAIR deluxe fragmentation filling station is a semi-enclosed protective cylinder filling environment. The SCBA packs are loaded from the rear and the operator must move to the front position before beginning to refill the cylinders. This system offers the operator excellent protection and convenience during the refilling of the air packs. An adjustable regulator controls the final filling pressure. These units are available to refill 2, 3, 4, or 6 SCBA cylinders at one time.

• Total SCBA containment system with a sliding front
   access door.

• Self venting and adjustable regulator.

• 4", 6000 psig, inlet and outlet 6000 psig gauges.

• Two/ three 2.5 " gauges indicating SCBA recharging
   pressure (2216 or 4500 psig).

• Two scba cylinder shut off valves for 2216 or 4500 psig.

• Two scba recharging whips (2216 psig or 4500 psig
  assembles).

• External connection for recharging large cylinders.

* The unit also includes a built in gas flow restrictor limiting fills to 300-600 psig / minute

The BAS-FFS-FR2 is a free standing and complete SCBA recharging station for 2216 psig or 4500 psig cylinders. The SCBA refilling station is of a fully enclosed design to deflect ruptured SCBA fill hoses or SCBA cylinders.

• Heavy wall, schedule 80, aluminum 8" pipe cylinder containment
   sleeves.

• Anti-abrasion collars on the top of the cylinder containment
   sleeves.

• Inlet shut off valve to isolate the recharging station.

• Self venting and adjustable 6000 psig regulator.

• 4" inlet and outlet 6000 psig gauges.

• Four 2.5 ", 6000 psig gauges indicating scba recharging
   pressure.

• Two scba cylinder shut off valves for 2216 or 4500 psig

• Two scba recharging whips (2216 psig or 4500 psig assembles).

• External connection for recharging large cylinders.

* An optional 4 bottle cascade panel can be added to the top of this unit giving the operator the ability to fill off or charge individual cascade bottles. This flexability allows more SCBA fills on-site before the bottle bank needs charging.

The "DF" series SCBA recahrging system is a free standing and complete filling/de-fragmentation station for 2216 or 4500 psi cylinders. The SCBA refilling station is of a fully enclosed design to contain a SCBA cylinder failure or ruptured SCBA fill hose.

The Jordair "DF" series fill stations are the safest filling stations offered in Canada for the containment and recharging of SCBA cylinders.

The Recharging Station

The SCBA packs are loaded from the front and the operator must close a sliding door before beginning to refill the cylinders. This system offers the operator complete protection and convenience during the refilling of the air packs. An adjustable regulator controls the final filling pressure. These units are available to refill 2 or 3 SCBA cylinders at one time. Custom units also available.
